Bush-Ambrose Duo – Jazz, Blues and Beyond
Yolanda Bush and Wyatt Ambrose first met by chance at a jam session at the Andes hotel in 2016. Since then, Wyatt has been a regular collaborator in Bush’s “Cool Water Collective” band, delivering high-energy performances throughout upstate NY. As the Bush-Ambrose duo, they perform an eclectic mix of Jazz, Blues, and popular music arranged for Wyatt’s dynamic guitar playing and Bush’s soulful vocals. Their repertoire includes popular hits and B-sides from artists including Joni Mitchell, Kenny Rankin, Cole Porter, and Thelonious Monk.
