Customers that use an Apple device to pay their bill online may experience issues. Recently Apple products updated to IOS 9 and in doing so  defaulted the browser to Safari. If you access DTC’s online bill pay please be advised to change your browser to Chrome or Internet Explorer. Customers who have tried using Safari are unable to enter their credentials.
